PasteApply tailors a resume and cover letter toward one job posting. We only rearrange what is already true. You paste the posting and the resume you already have. Free is a fixed free sample only (no AI runs on free requests). Tailoring your own resume, with the letter and files, requires an active monthly subscription; each draft uses one unlock.
Subscriptions, cancel, refunds
$3/mo (1 unlock), $5 Export (5 unlocks), $10 Pro (50 unlocks), and $20/mo (up to 200 unlocks; every plan has a monthly request allowance: free 300; $3 or $5 300; $10 Pro 3,150; $20 2,350) are recurring monthly subscriptions; unlocks reset each calendar month (UTC). Tax is calculated at Stripe Checkout. Cancel anytime in Manage billing after you sign in. Access continues through the paid period. We do not refund unused days unless a payment law requires it. If Checkout is canceled, nothing is charged.
Security, AI, and retention
A paid generate sends the posting and resume to OpenAI on our hosted models so we can rewrite. Drafts are not stored on our side: the files come back with the draft, and the download link works for 2 hours on the same signed-in account. Saved profiles, the jobs board, referrals, the resume vault, draft history and Save are temporarily off. The privacy page lists what is kept. Stripe Checkout is branded as PasteApply; the receipt may list Walker Industries as the processor. PasteApply never stores a card number.
